A group of Marines and sailors with 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group wait as senior members conduct accountability after culminating an eight-mile hike to Onslow Beach aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., July 19, 2012. More than 300 troops marched for approximately four hours during the battalion’s monthly physical training session, which is meant to increase the unit’s combat readiness and cohesion. At the end of the hike the troops had the opportunity to spend time with their family members and friends to enjoy a unit sponsored family day.
