U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Eugene Vecere, a crew chief with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 365, flies an American flag in the rear of an MV-22B Osprey aircraft in the southern Helmand province of Afghanistan on March 15, 2012. VMM-365 transported Marines from Charlie Company, 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion to conduct disruption operations to clear points of interest and deny enemy force’s safe havens to stage for operations.
