Senior Wisconsin National Guard leaders were on hand to welcome approximately 150 members of the 1st Battalion, 128th Infantry to the 133rd Airlift Wing in St. Paul, Minn., April 27. The Soldiers returned early from their Afghanistan deployment due to a planned drawdown of troops announced earlier this year, and went by bus to their armories in Menomonie, Abbotsford, New Richmond, Rice Lake, Arcadia, Onalaska, River Falls and Eau Claire, Wis.
