Oregon Army National Guard Staff Sgt. Frankee Gassner works with Private Victor Oseguera, Delta Company, 1st Battalion, 186th Infantry on completing his DD-214 paperwork following the completion of his Title-32 orders in support of COVID-19 response June 10, in Medford, Ore. Pvt. 2 Oseguera was one of several members of the unit that volunteered for duty to deliver personal protective equipment such as masks and hand sanitizer in the Medford area. The group, known as a county assistance team, delivered more than 167 shipments supporting long-term care facilities and agricultural workers. (National Guard photo by Maj.
