Oregon Army National Guard Col. Jeffrey Copeck presents Pfc. Payton Troutman, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 186th Infantry with the certificate for his newly earned Oregon Meritorious Service Medal in Medford, Ore. on June 10. Troutman was one of several guard members in the local community to assist with the delivery of masks, hand sanitizer and other personal protective equipment throughout the local Medford area. It was during these deliveries that Troutman also responded and provided assistance to a civilian motor vehicle accident. (National Guard photo by Maj.
