Staff Sgt. Kevin Sharper, a 56M/chaplain assistant with the 303rd Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, crests a hill during the 10km ruck march event at the 2012 U.S. Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition at Fort McCoy, Wis., July 18.
