Col. Brian T. Canfield (left), Womack Army Medical Center commander speaks to a mixed crowd about the importance of the re-unveiling of the oil-on-canvas painting "Ministries in Vietnam" while Father Micheas Langston (right) gets help doning his old utility fatigue uniform top at the WAMC in Fort Bragg N.C., July 13, 2012. "Ministries in Vietnam" was painted by artist Terry Rodgers in 1988 and was on display at the old Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Lt. Col. Ron Leininger saw this painting in November 2011 at the hospital and was told it was not going to the new Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, hearing this, Leininger made coordinations to have the painting sent to WAMC. Now the veterans of the Vietnam War who attend WAMC will see this painting and remember how religious support got them through such a tough war.
