Friends, family and colleagues of the ‘Rough Rider’ family came together to celebrate Command Sgt. Maj. Phelicea M. Redd, command sergeant major, 4th Sustainment Brigade, 4th Infantry Division as she was presented with the Legion of Merit in a ceremony 22 June held at Manhart Field on Fort Carson, Colorado. Command Sgt. Maj. Redd was presented with a plaque by all the company first sergeants to hang in her new office. Command Sgt. Maj. Redd will be transitioning to Fort Bragg, North Carolina to be the senior enlisted advisor to the commander of the 3rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
