Harris, billeting officer for CLDJ, do a boot tap as she assumes the rank of commander during a promotion ceremony, July 1, 2020. Harris, from Garnet Valley, Pa., received her Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University in 2005. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
