Citizen-soldier Staff Sgt. Carlos Garcia, a Caguas, Puerto Rico native and Camp Santiago Joint Maneuver Training Center, range control non-commissioned officer and Puerto Rico Army National Guardsman, inspects Cpt. Aquino's "Swiss Seat" prior to jumping off the rappel Tower. Aquino is the commander of the 1013th Engineer Company, get his "Swiss Seat" right prior to walking up the rappell tower while on the rappelling course conducted at CSJMTC, Salinas, Puerto Rico. Garcia was the lead instructor conducting the rappelling training for the soldiers of the 1013th Engineer Company, 130th Engineer Battalion, 101st Troop Command, Puerto Rico Army National Guard.
