Staff Sgt. Carlos Garcia, Camp Santiago Range Control non-commissioned officer and Rappell Master, times the soldiers while learning how to make their own "Swiss Seat" during a rappelling class. Garcia was the lead instructor for the training conducted for the soldiers of the 1013th Engineer Company, 130th Engineer Battalion, 101st Troop Command, Puerto Rico Army National Guard.
