Staff Sgt. Phillip Elliott, a 35M/Human Intelligence Collection Specialist with Bravo Company, 377th Military Intelligence Battalion, takes advantage of a little downtime during the helicopter lift mystery event at the 2012 U.S. Army Reserve Best Warrior competition at Fort McCoy, Wis., July 16. Elliott, from Orlando, Fla., is representing the Military Intelligence Readiness Command at the competition. This year's Best Warrior competition will determine the top non-commissioned officer and junior enlisted soldier who will represent the Army Reserve in the Department of the Army Best Warrior competition in October at Fort Lee, Va.
