Capt. Regis Chamboredon, a French intelligence officer seated center among many West African military forces, critiques a Senegalese military officer during the final intelligence brief. The intelligence capacity building workshop was part of Exercise Western Accord which gave the participants the opportunity to learn their different intelligence gathering and analysis techniques. Western Accord is a multi-lateral exercise with Senegalese and several Western African nations. The training exercise runs from June 26 – July 24 and involves armed forces of Senegal, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Gambia, France, and the U.S.
