U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. David Cochran, 58th Fighter Squadron commander, places a wreath during the 24th Khobar Towers memorial ceremony at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, June 25, 2020. Nineteen Airmen were killed and nearly 500 other military personnel and civilians were injured in the blast. Of the 19 killed, 12 were Nomads.
