JMRC Operations Group commander, Col. Joseph Hilbert, Dr. Markus Perpeet, German Federal Forestry, and Patrick Rothbauer, US Army Garrison Bavaria- Hohenfels signed an agreement on June 15, 2020, that refined and solidifies the processes and procedures between the three agencies to designate limited off-limit areas within the training area.
