VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (June 4, 2020) -- A City of Virginia Beach Police car leads a line of more than 30 cars, decorated with signs, streamers, and flags, down the neighborhood street of United States Navy Senior Chief Kerri Ayo, a native of Port St. Lucie, Florida, assigned to Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC), who retired in a sidewalk ceremony after 20 years of service in Virginia Beach, Virginia on June 4, 2020.
