MyNavy HR Fleet Master Chief Wes Koshoffer asks a question during a visit at an off-base facility used for a restriction of moment (ROM) for recruits prior to entering boot camp. Recruit Training Command is conducting the initial 14-day ROM in an off-site facility, which provides rooms with a small number of recruits, reducing the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus amongst them should any individual be infected. More than 35,000 recruits train annually from the Navy's only boot camp. (U.S. Navy photos by Chief Mass Communication Specialist Brandie Nix/Released)
