Ken Crowe, commanding officer of Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ), with a socially-distant elbow bump upon his arrival at CLDJ on June 7, 2020. Townsend visited CLDJ to officiate the June 8 CJTF-HOA change of command ceremony, transferring authority from U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Michael D. Turello, the outgoing commanding general, to Maj. Gen.
