    U.S. NAVAL BASE GUAM (April 24, 2020) U.S. Navy Hospitalman Austin Rios, hospital corpsman with U.S.Naval Hospital Guam, collects a blood sample from a Sailor attached to USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) during a voluntary serology study aimed at identifying antibodies associated with COVID-19. Upon arriving in Guam on March 27, 2020, the Theodore Roosevelt crew established an Emergency Command Center, initiated a roving and deep cleaning team, and educated staff and Sailors on social distancing, proper protective procedures and behaviors to assist in mitigating the spread of COVID-19.
