In accordance with National Cemetery Administration guidance on graveside activity during the COVID-19 pandemic, the El Paso VA Health Care System teamed up with 2nd ABCT, 1st AD and Team Bliss to put on a closed program that was livestreamed to more than 50,000 viewers over the internet.
