Fort Drum community members were recognized May 27 for their exceptional volunteer service during a small ceremony at LeRay Mansion. Melissa Johnson was named overall Volunteer of the Year. Johnson serves as the unit SFRG leader for D Company, 1st Attack Reconnaissance Battalion, 10th Aviation Regiment, 10th Combat Aviation Brigade.
