Petty Officer Third Class Abdoul Yaguibou translates information about the 9/11 Memorial in French to sailors from the Algerian navy ship ANS Soummam (937) during a tour. Soummam's port call marks the first time an Algerian navy ship has visited the U.S. During their visit, the Algerian crew will tour the city and conduct office calls with city and government officials.
