PHILIPPINE SEA (April 17, 2020) A super cobra helicopter assigned to the Chilean Navy frigate Almirante Blanco Encalada (FF 15) lands on the flight deck of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Russell (DDG 59).
