U.S. Army National Guard Soldiers with the 174th Engineer Company, South Carolina National Guard, set up tents at a COVID-19 testing center, May 15, 2020 at Iola Jones Park in Florence, South Carolina, in support of the Medical University of South Carolina. The Soldiers constructed the tents to provide a covered area for the state's healthcare personnel to collect medical information from South Carolina citizens wanting to be tested. The South Carolina National Guard remains ready to support the counties, state and local agencies, and first responders with resources for as long as needed in support of COVID-19 response efforts in the state.
