Jason Janker, a Health Services Administrator for the 145th Airlift Wing, gives a brief to North Carolina Army and Air National Guard medical technicians who have spent the day practicing drills in preparation for the arrival of possible overflow patients, while at the North Carolina National Guard Medical Support Shelter (MSS), Central North Carolina, April 29, 2020. The MSS is intended to act as an overflow shelter for hospital patients not infected with the COVID-19 virus and is maned by a joint task force of Army and Airforce National Guard medical staff.
