Medical teams from the 145th Airlift Wing and the North Carolina Army National Guard have set up a Medical Support Shelter utilizing typical but important medical processes as they prepare to deal with possible overflow patients while at the North Carolina National Guard Medical Support Shelter (MSS), Central North Carolina, April 29, 2020. The MSS is intended to act as an overflow shelter for hospital patients not infected with the COVID-19 virus and is maned by a joint task force of Army and Airforce National Guard medical staff.
