U.S. Army Spc. Mitchell Arnone, explosive ordnance disposal technician with Kosovo Force Regional Command East Task Force Explosive Ordnance Disposal documents the location of an unexploded ordnance May 5, 2020 in the Sar Mountain Range, Kosovo. Due to Kosovo’s inaccessible mountain ranges and hills, TF-AVN often assists TF-EOD with unexploded ordnance reports to ensure quick and effective response times and mission completion. TF-EOD has responded to over 30 calls throughout the RC-E region and maintains the clearance of nearly 100 landing zones throughout the Kosovo region to safeguard the freemdom of movement of all KFOR personnel and the people in Kosovo.
