The Puerto Rico Army National Guard 101st Troop Command commenced their FY2012 Annual Training, July 7, with the convoy movement of the 1st Battalion, 296th Infantry Regiment from Mayaguez, Puerto Rico en route to Camp Santiago Joint Maneuver Training Center in Salinas, Puerto Rico. During AT, the soldiers will be conducting Army Warrior Tasks and Drills, and several other training related activities during their AT at CSJMTC. The 101st TC is commanded by Col. Carlos Rodriguez while Lt. Col Rafael Bueno is the commanding officer for the 1st Battalion, 296th Infantry Regiment Puerto Rico Army National Guard.
