Reporters photograph and film the restoration of St. Luke’s Medical Center’s ICU during a visit hosted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers April 23 in Phoenix. USACE is restoring St. Luke's Medical Center, in accordance with the FEMA mission assignment, to operational capacity in support of the state in its response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. USACE is working in support of FEMA and in coordination with other federal, state, local and tribal partners to synchronize the interagency response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
