U.S. Navy Maritime Civil Affairs Team 216 members watch “The Lion King” with children from the La Fondazione Orphanage June 29. MCAT members visited the orphanage to spend time with children and speak to social workers regarding the children's development. MCAT 216 members, as part of Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa, seek out opportunities to build and enhance partnerships with nations throughout east Africa.
