Rinehart, an electrical engineer from the Hughes Supply Company, to prepare a FEMA generator for use at the water plant in Lewisburg, W.Va. Residents of the local area are on day three of living without power or water in 90 degree heat due to a severe storm that passed through the area Friday night.
