NORFOLK (Apr. 22, 2020) Command Master Chief Tracy Hunt, assigned to Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command (CNRFC), hosts a virtual frocking ceremony with senior and master chief selectees through Commercial Virtual Remote (CVR) video conferencing. CNRFC is the Navy Reserve headquarters responsible for readiness, oversight, manpower management, logistics, financial management, mobilization and training of nearly 60,000 Sailors in executing operational support and war fighting missions.
