Illinois Governor JB Pritzker speaks with APN Mike Coffel about the capabilities of treating COVID19 patients with negative pressure tents, located in Hall B of the COVID19 Alternate Care Facility at McCormick Place, April 17, following a press briefing about the progress of the facility. Upon completion, McCormick Place will have a total of 3000 patient rooms available. The Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District, in support of the White House, Department of Defense, FEMA, and state and local authorities, has been working around the clock in order to create four ACFs to help slow the spread of the pandemic.
