PACIFIC OCEAN (April 17, 2020) A U.S. Coast Guard HC-130 Hercules aircrew, assigned to Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater, drops a parachute containing a part for the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Kidd (DDG 100) April 17, 2020.Kidd is deployed to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility to support Joint Interagency Task Force South’s mission, which includes counter illicit drug trafficking in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific.
