Maj. Gen. Brian E. Winski, Commanding General, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), addresses Soldiers assigned to the 501st Medical Company before they deploy to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in response to COVID-19, April 18. The 501st is scheduled to support COVID-19 relief efforts in Boston. The company provides a wide variety of medical capabilities to include immediate and routine medical treatment, dental, x-ray, labs, 40-bed patient hold, and ground medical evacuation crews.
