California Army National Guardsman Pfc. Muhammad Izhar of the 233rd Engineer Detachment (Fire Truck), 115th Regional Support Group, directs a Sacramento youth services police unit to a section of an Encina High School parking lot April 15 in Sacramento. Nearly a dozen Cal Guardsmen assisted a Sacramento food bank with its distribution operation by directing traffic and providing additional security as approximately 1,000 meals were passed out to the community.
