200403-N-NO245-0001 JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (April 3, 2020) Madeline Marti is presented with a Civilian Service Commendation Medal for superior performance, inspirational leadership and exceptional technical knowledge as Deputy Comptroller at Navy Region Southeast Reserve Component Command Jacksonville. Marti oversaw financial management of millions of dollars in flight and labor funds for two Support Wings, two Aviation Support Detachments, two Fleet Readiness Commands, 19 squadrons, and 19 Navy Operational Support Centers (NOSC). She retired after 39.5 years of government service, 36 of which she dedicated to the Navy Reserve community. The medal is the fourth highest achievement to recognize Department of the Navy Civilians who distinguish themselves by performing well above expectations of their grade.
