U.S. Air National Guard Airman, Airman First Class Hannah Haviland, a medic assigned to the Ohio National Guard’s 180th Fighter Wing, opens boxes of nonperishable food that will be used to create individual meal boxes, April 13, 2020 at the SeaGate Food Bank. The emergency boxes will be provided to veterans, and families who are caring for children who lost parents due to the ongoing opioid crisis. More than 500 Ohio National Guard members were activated to provide humanitarian missions in support of Operation Steady Resolve COVID-19 relief efforts, continuing The Ohio National Guard’s long history of supporting humanitarian efforts throughout Ohio and the nation.
