(April 13, 2020) Boatswain’s Mate 1st Class Khadijah Faison, Sea Special Programs Detailer, talks to a Sailor in the Fleet about a current restriction of movement update during the COVID-19 global health pandemic. Since the Navy’s first announcement in mid-March to stop movement due to COVID-19 global health pandemic, detailers working at Navy Personnel Command have been working round-the-clock to assist thousands of Sailors who are currently impacted by COVID-19 Permanent Change of Station restrictions.
