Arkansas National Guardsmen unloaded six 18-wheel trucks full of personal protective equipment at a Federal Surplus Property facility on Easter Sunday April 12, 2020, in North Little Rock, Ark. Arkansas governor, Asa Hutchinson, assisted the Soldiers with unloading some of the PPE that will be heading to the 75 counties in the state.
