Capt. Elizabeth Benninger, a nurse, leads ventilator training for U.S. Army Reserve medical professionals at Parks Reserve Forces Training Area, Apr.7, preparing to mobilize in an Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force (UAMTF) as part of the Department of Defense COVID-19 response. Approximately 170 Soldiers of the 807th Medical Command (Deployment Support), 352nd Combat Support Hospital, are utilizing equipment at the Army Reserve Regional Training Site-Medical (RTS-MED) that offers realistic training platforms to ensure medical warriors are current in best practices for operating in the current COVID-19 environment.
