A U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules aircraft, assigned to the 180th Airlift Squadron, Missouri Air National Guard, is de-iced due to cold weather, prior to a mission at Rosecrans Air National Guard Base, in St. Joseph, Missouri, April 3, 2020.
