Sailors from the Expeditionary Medical Facility New Orleans Detachment, deployed from Naval Hospital Jacksonville, tour the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, April 3. The personnel assigned to U.S. Navy EMFs are trained to provide medical support from emergency medicine to acute medical and surgical care.
