Staff Sgt. Joshua Cruz, a drill sergeant assigned to Company A, 2nd Battalion, 13th Infantry Regiment, takes the temperature of Pvt. Prince Aning, an Ohio National Guardsman, before he boards a bus March 31, 2020. Aning, along with roughly 400 other Basic Combat Training graduates, were held over at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, after graduation due to the COVID-19 virus.
