(YOKOSUKA, Japan) To help protect against the potential spread of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) implemented social distancing measures during their annual Road Tax event held in the base’s Fleet Theater, March 25. Since February, CFAY has set into motion several measures to decrease the likelihood for disease transmission to those who work and live on CFAY. For 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
