JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Virginia (March 20, 2020) Joint Task Force Civil Support (JTF-CS) Commanding General Army Maj. Gen. William “Bill” Hall, Command Senior Enlisted Leader Chief Master Sgt. James Brown and JTF-CS Surgeon General Navy Capt. Bryan Schumaker host a virtual town hall meeting in the command’s conference room.
