200316-N-WI365-1018 SOUTH CHINA SEA (Mar. 16, 2020) – U.S. Sailors transport a simulated patient from the flight deck into the hangar aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85) during a medical training drill March 16, 2020. McCampbell is underway conducting operations in the Indo-Pacific region while assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
