Elizabeth Durham-Ruiz, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) director of C4 Systems and Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications, speaks on cyber deterrence and security during a panel discussion at the fifth annual Deterrence and Assurance Academic Alliance Conference at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, March 11, 2020.
