U.S. Army Paratroopers assigned to 1st Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, take aim with a M4 carbine using an Engagement Skills Trainer (EST) under Covid-19 prevention condition at Caserma Ederle in Vicenza, Italy, Mar. 19, 2020. The EST provides Soldiers with the opportunity to increase their marksmanship proficiency on a wide array of dismounted and crew served weapons systems with virtual fire scenarios and pop-up targets. The 173rd Airborne Brigade is the U.S. Army Contingency Response Force in Europe, capable of projecting ready forces anywhere in the U.S. European, Africa or Central Commands' areas of responsibility.
