Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 23, based in Fort Belvoir, Va., watch the ribbon-cutting ceremony for a school they built in Morales, Honduras, with some of the students who will soon be attending classes there, June 27. The Fort Belvoir-based Seabees also completed a clinic in the town as part of U.S. Army South’s Beyond the Horizon 2012 exercise.
